Use this channel to report unlawful content, impersonation, privacy concerns, unsafe listings, spam, account access issues or other platform grievances.
How to submit
Email kushanmoral09@gmail.com with subject “LaunchRush grievance”. Include your name, contact details, relevant page URL, a clear description, requested action and supporting evidence. Do not email passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details.
Review
We will review reports in light of applicable law, platform rules and information supplied. We may request clarification, restrict or remove content where appropriate, preserve relevant records and communicate the outcome where possible. Mark urgent safety or legal matters clearly.
Legal framework
The Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended, may apply depending on LaunchRush’s actual role and features. Duties, officer appointments, response timelines and disclosure obligations must be assessed against the final operating entity and service model.
