Last updated: 4 November 2026
This policy describes how LaunchRush may process information when you browse, register, create a profile, submit a listing, contact us or use platform features. It should be reconciled with final production data flows before public launch.
1. Information we process
Depending on the feature, information may include account email and authentication records, display name, city or district, profile and business details, contact information you choose to publish, submitted content, moderation records, support correspondence, technical logs and usage events. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless a feature requires it and doing so is lawful.
2. Why we use information
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, display approved profiles and listings, support discovery, moderate content, respond to requests, operate and improve the service, prevent abuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
3. Public information
Information in a published listing or public profile may be visible to anyone. Do not include a personal phone number, home address or other detail unless you intend it to be public. Credentials and private moderation information are not intended for public display.
4. Lawful processing and consent
Personal data will be processed on a lawful basis applicable under Indian law. Where consent is relied upon, it should be informed, specific, clear and capable of withdrawal. Optional public visibility must not be treated as consent to unrelated uses.
5. Service providers and PICO
We may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics and payments when enabled. When you send a message to PICO, the message and recent chat context are sent to Vercel AI Gateway and the configured model provider to generate a response. PICO does not currently save chat transcripts to your LaunchRush account or Supabase. Do not enter passwords, one-time codes, payment details or other sensitive information into PICO. Provider processing is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute handling and platform security. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent or grievance redressal. Contact us using the details below. We may verify requests and retain some records where law permits or requires.
8. Children and contact
The platform is not designed to invite children to create public business or creator profiles. For privacy requests, contact kushanmoral09@gmail.com. See our Grievance and Takedown page.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025 have phased commencement. This draft is an early operational policy, not a representation that every statutory obligation is already in force or fully implemented. Confirm commencement dates, processors, retention periods, consent flows and responsible legal entity with Indian counsel.
