These Terms govern access to LaunchRush, an Assam-focused discovery and growth platform. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform role
LaunchRush provides discovery, profile, listing, promotion and connection features. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, LaunchRush is not the seller, employer, agent, professional adviser or guarantor of any third-party business, product, service, creator or opportunity.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not share passwords or one-time codes.
3. User content
You must own or have permission to submit names, logos, photographs, reviews, links and other material. Listings must be truthful, current, lawful and relevant. Do not impersonate others, publish private information without authority, mislead users, manipulate rankings or submit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
4. Review and moderation
LaunchRush may review, decline, restrict, label, remove or suspend content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity or these Terms. Submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, leads, sales or results.
5. Paid services
Any paid listing, sponsored placement or subscription will be governed by the plan and price displayed at checkout and applicable additional terms. Sponsored content must be clearly identified. Payment does not guarantee sales, reach, ranking or outcomes. Paid services are unavailable until expressly enabled at checkout.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape personal data, distribute malware, circumvent moderation, manipulate engagement, abuse contact details or use LaunchRush for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.
7. Third-party interactions
Users are responsible for evaluating counterparties, verifying claims, agreeing commercial terms and taking precautions before transactions or meetings. LaunchRush does not guarantee third-party conduct or performance.
8. Availability and liability
The platform is provided on an evolving, as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, LaunchRush disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party listings or user interactions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Assam will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. Contact kushanmoral09@gmail.com.
